Satin is a weave rather than a fibre. It is smooth in the way people mean when they say silk, holds its colour better through a wash, and costs a fraction of mulberry silk, yet has the same anti-friction and breathable properties. Silk appears in our name and nowhere else, because calling a satin product silk would be misleading and we are not going to do it.
